The CETERET DESIGN STUDIO has started developing the concept and designing a new restaurant. A restaurant named Opus will be located in the downtown area of Dnepropetrovsk. It is planned to develop together with the management company to the level of a network franchise.
The restaurant is designed to serve fifty people. A distinctive feature of the kitchen will be minimal thermal and any other processing of products during the cooking process. Complete elimination of the use of frozen foods. Vegetables and fruits – only from selected suppliers that do not use inorganic fertilizers for growing. Partially the need for seasonal vegetables will be satisfied by its own farm located in an ecologically clean suburb of Dnepropetrovsk city.
